*International Yoga Day* is celebrated annually on 21st June.
During this time when the world is beset with suffering due to COVID-19 Pandemic, It is very essential to understand that Yoga is significant in providing alternative therapy by keeping our mind and soul calm.
Rashtra Sevika Samiti is observing this year's Yoga Day by taking Yoga to every Home. A 7-day Yoga Shibhir beginning from 14th is being planned across all States (Pranta) of Bharat. Keeping in mind about social/physical distancing and observing other precautions, it is decided to have Shibirs in more number of places instead of more participants at one place. This 7 days Yoga Shibir has a schedule of yoga practices which can be done at one's home or terrace or in nearby open area with freinds & family members. Let us revive our tradition by involving ourselves into this holistic approach to health, wellness and heal the suffering.
